MOBIPOST is an online based method of sending mobile messages to one or many mobile customers in minutes, using SMS (text only) or MMS (multi media message service). MOBIPOST can also be used to send bulk email messages.
If your contact database contains additional fields, such as Given Name and Family Name, these can be used to "personalise" your messages. For example, an SMS can formally introduce the contact by name (eg. Dear Joe, this is an appointment reminder…).
If you have a large contact database, MOBIPOST allows you to “filter” your list using key criteria. For example by Store location, Suburb or Customer Category.
The product allows you to create your own contact list or import from your own database. So long as your existing contact database contains at least a mobile phone number (or an email address) it can be used.
MOBIPOST allows you to upload additional "Custom Fields" which provides you even greater flexibility when customising your messages. For example, if you are a retailer you might include the main Store which the customer shops at. Your message might then entice the customer to re-visit their most frequented store for a special discount.
MOBIPOST lets you track replies when recipients reply to your messages. By sending from an optional Inbound Line, any message replies are tracked and logged within the MOBIPOST Inbox.
Reply management is useful for tracking customer feedback or opt-out (STOP) messages.

Unique keywords can be set-up for “text in” SMS campaigns or other automated response messages.
Automated responses can be via either SMS or MMS once the keyword matches MOBIPOST.
For example, SMS in the word “INFO” to a designated phone number returns the automatic response text “Thanks for your request, Saturday night’s dinner is 6pm in the Paladium…”

Eg. image files are automatically resized to provide "best fit" for the phone screen type. Audio and video files are automatically converted from your source file(s) to the best available format.|
|Bulk database uploads||If you have a large contact database you can upload them from a comma-separated values (CSV) file.|
|Message templates||For regular messages, you can save and recall previous templates. For example, if your organisation sends our regular reminders on the same topic there is no need to recreate the message each time.|
